When you place an order, we receive your name, email address, and shipping address through PayPal. We do not collect or store payment information — all transactions are processed by PayPal directly.
If you sign up for our welcome offer (“Get 10% Off Your First Order”), we store the email address you provide, the date of signup, and the one-time discount code we issue to you. We use that information only to deliver and honor the code.
Your information is used solely to fulfill your order (shipping your product and sending order confirmation). We may email you about your order status or respond to inquiries you send us. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party advertisers.
We send order confirmations and shipping updates. If you sign up for the welcome offer, we send one email containing your 10% code. If you purchase, we send your order confirmation, shipping notifications, and one follow-up email after delivery asking about your experience. That's it — no newsletters and no ongoing marketing campaigns. If we ever want to send more than the above, we will ask you to opt in first.
Each welcome code is unique, applies 10% to a first order, and can be used once. The discount is applied at checkout before payment. Codes cannot be combined with other offers. If you delete your account information, any unused code is deleted with it.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your personal information, or opt out of any non-transactional emails at any time by contacting customerservice@inflammashield.com.
We keep order records as long as needed for fulfillment, returns, and legal compliance. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time.
